The present General Conditions of Contracting (hereinafter, conditions), have as object to regulate the access and regime of acquisition of the products of transtienda.com (hereinafter the company) with social address with social address in Apartado de Correos 42 El Casar 19170, Guadalajara.

By accepting the present conditions, the customer guarantees to be over 18 years of age and not to have limited capacity to contract the goods offered by the company.

The company guarantees the customer the possibility to cancel his order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment, through the form that will be sent to your email after making the purchase.

Similarly, if a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, the company will take care of picking it up at home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

Obligations of the parties

The customer shall pay the price of the products purchased, without the filing of a claim exempting the customer from this obligation.

In case of refusal of the shipment by the customer, the company will not reimburse the amount of the shipping costs, being assumed by the customer.

The offers will be valid for the period specified on the Web. The company undertakes, in the event that stocks are exhausted before the end date of the offer, to supply, by mutual agreement with the customer, a product of equivalent quality and price.

The company cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays, errors and other inconveniences that have their origin in causes beyond its control or that of its computer suppliers, including problems derived from the connection software, computer system, modem, electric fluid, or telecommunication networks.

The company undertakes to inform the user of the existence of these general conditions of contract, as well as the characteristics of the products, such as price, applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Likewise, the company undertakes to confirm to the user via email the effective completion of the purchase, within 24 hours of acceptance of these conditions. Likewise, a copy of the present text will be made available to the user.

This contracting of services or products is governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these conditions, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, will hear the matter, shall be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations.

Once the package arrives, please examine it carefully. You only have 24 hours to check that everything you ordered is correct and that nothing has been damaged in transit.

After this time the transport agencies are not responsible and we will not be able to claim anything from them.

In case the shipment does not arrive in good condition, we will make a new shipment or refund your money.

According to the current Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision and without penalty of any kind.

To exercise your right to return a product, you must send us the product sealed in its original packaging. For reasons of health protection and hygiene we cannot accept the return of a product that has been unsealed after delivery. If your product or products have not been unsealed after delivery and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and make a return please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible by providing you with a shipping address.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal and you have sent us the product or products in perfect condition and sealed, transtienda.com will refund the amounts you have paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after you can prove that you have returned the product.

For logistical reasons we advise you that you have to pay the return shipping costs.

However, we may make mistakes when transcribing such information.
