A packer is a prosthesis or padding worn in underwear to simulate the appearance of a penis. It is designed primarily for trans guys and non-binary people who want to have a visible bulge in their pants to help them feel more comfortable with their body image and reduce gender dysphoria.

An STP (Stand To Pee) is a penile prosthesis specially designed for transmasculine and non-binary people that allows standing urination. Unlike a basic packer, the STP has an inner conduit that facilitates urination, offering greater autonomy and comfort in public or private restrooms.
